America needs you... and all your friends... right now!!!

Make NO mistake - We are battling over THE biggest issues in a very long, long time, and victory requires not only powerful law, but also a chorus of voices across America.

TELL everyone you know about this historic lawsuit, right away.  Also tell your favorite conservative Senators and Representatives.  Share the good news with every internet radio host who cherishes Freedom, our Constitution, basic common sense and the Rule of Law.  Tell all patriotic leaders.  Alert every pastor, priest, minister, and the staff and members of every church.  Inform every Liberty-minded person, across all of America!

The table below provides links to both Facebook and Yahoo! groups of constitutionally likeminded people in each State and Commonwealth.  Join up with your fellow citizen group(s) to connect with mission leadership, watch and learn from others, participate and contribute at your own pace, and/or even become part of the leadership yourself.

The table also provides, on the right side, Citizen Petition forms for every State and Commonwealth, addressed to the respective Governor, also allowing you to check the box in support of each different major issue in this case, and formally requesting your Governor to make sure that YOUR State (or Commonwealth) has its legal Appearance promptly filed into the case, so your Governor may vote regarding Breach of Contract against the current Federal Government, issue his/her emergency moratorium against all abortion-on-demand within your entire State (or Commonwealth), and even more:

If thirty (30) or more Governors vote yes, then that's all it takes to legally declare the current Federal Government in breach of the contract formed by our nation's Founding Documents - so then allowing the STATES (thru the National Governors Association) to temporarily rule over this nation and dictate all repairs and changes needed.  After the recent election, coincidentally, there are now thirty (30) Republican Governors... plus two (2) additional States with Attorneys General of the GOP persuasion... plus one (1) more State that has an "Independent" Governor... and not to even yet mention several economically desperate States whose people are far too hungry to worry about politics.

Simply put: no worries!  Just tell everyone you know about this historic lawsuit, since everybody needs America to be in better shape again, as fast as is humanly possible.

For the past 15+ years, the author has been a constitutional law scholar and litigator, assisting clients in the courts of 30 some States, top to bottom, in some 2/3rds of the nation's 90 federal court Districts, in all 11 of the numbered federal Courts of Appeal, and in the U.S. Supreme Court several times on constitutional issues from either state or federal courts, presently there again on the right to jury trial in real estate disputes.
